Digital Delivery
Arcade coin packs are digital items delivered to the user's in-app account after successful payment verification.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if payment was debited but coins were not credited, duplicate payment occurred, or a technical error prevented delivery. Refund requests should be raised within 7 days of payment.
Non-Refundable Cases
Used digital coins, gameplay outcomes, lost matches, user preference changes, or accidental purchases after successful delivery may not be refundable except where required by law or payment partner rules.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.
