1. Digital Product Delivery

Rogue Trove is a digital-only product delivered via platforms such as Whop, Superprofile, Google Drive, or similar.
Access details are provided immediately after successful payment.
No physical items will be shipped.
 

2. Payment & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal).
Prices are listed in INR (₹) or USD ($), depending on your region.
By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the listed price in full.
 

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of Rogue Trove, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
If you encounter issues with access or delivery, contact us at admin@roguetrove.in and we will resolve them promptly.
 

4. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase Rogue Trove, you receive:

  • Personal Use Rights: You may use the video clips in your own content (Instagram, YouTube, ads, personal brand, etc.).

  • Resell Rights (if included in your plan): You may rebrand and resell Rogue Trove at your chosen price and keep 100% profit.

Restrictions:

  • You may not share, distribute, or give away Rogue Trove for free.

  • You may not claim copyright ownership of the original clips.

  • You must not misuse resell rights in ways that violate applicable laws.
     

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, training, and materials included with Rogue Trove remain the intellectual property of Roguetrove Ventures (OPC) Pvt Ltd. Your purchase grants you a license, not ownership of the product itself.
 

6. Account & Access

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
If unauthorized access is suspected, notify us immediately.
We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

Rogue Trove is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of Rogue Trove.
Results from using Rogue Trove (e.g., income, growth) may vary and are not guaranteed.
 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rogue Trove after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
